Die Sache mit den Haaren lässt uns ständig ins Grübeln geraten. Irgendetwas stimmt immer nicht. Schnitt, Haarfarbe oder mein immer wieder aufkommendes Thema, die Haarpflege. Also entschied ich mich die neue Kerastase Discipline Serie zu testen. Allein von der wunderschönen Kupferfarbe war ich sofort Hin und Weg. Die Serie verspricht undiszipliniertes Haar zu bändigen und ein unbeschwertes Haargefühl zu verleihen. Hörte sich schon mal viel versprechend an. Ich beschloss die Kerastase Discipline Maskeratine auszuprobieren, die richtige Maske ist für meine Haare immer wichtig, da sie sich sonst sehr trocken anfühlen. Und was soll ich sagen, die neue Kerastase Discipline Maskeratine ist ein Traum. Ich merkte schon beim Auftragen in der Dusche, dass sich meine Haare gleich ganz anders anfühlen und dieser Duft ist einfach himmlisch. Mein nächstes Produkt, dass ich euch gerne ans Herz legen möchte, ist das Kerastase Discipline Fluidissime. Es wird nach dem Duschen aufs handtuchtrockene Haar aufgetragen und verspricht Geschmeidigkeit, Glanz und leichte Kämmbarkeit. Ganz wichtig war für mich auch der Hitzeschutz mit Soforthilfe. Meine Haare werden täglich geföhnt und oft geglättet, da darf so etwas natürlich nicht fehlen.
Bevor ich die richtigen Produkte für meine Haare kaufte, habe ich mich noch mal mit meiner Frisörin beraten. Sie meinte, dass ich von der Kerastase Discipline Serie nicht alle Produkte gleichzeitig benutzen sollte, die Haare würde sich dadurch doch etwas schwer anfühlen. Sie empfiehl mir die Kerastase Cristalliste Serie zu inspizieren. Gesagt getan und so landeten natürlich gleich 5 neue Haarprodukte im Warenkorb. Das silikonfreie Kerastase Cristalliste Bain Cristal Shampoo glättet die Haaroberfläche und kräftigt das Haar. Das Shampoo ist super ergiebig und schon eine kleine Menge reicht, um die kompletten Haarpracht einzuschäumen. Wenn ihr mal keine Intensivmaske benötigt, weil ihr die Haare nach dem Föhnen zu einem Dutt oder Zopf zusammen binden möchtet, empfehle ich euch das Kerastase Cristalliste Lait Cristal. Die Spülung pflegt trockene und lange Spitzen, das Haar lässt sich super durch kämmen und wirkt schnell ein. Und nun kommen wir zu meinem letzten Geheimtipp, Kerastase Cristalliste Cristal Sculpt Serum. Einfach wunderbar, es wird ebenfalls in das handtuchtrockene Haar einmassiert und nicht ausgespült. Es gibt dem Haar eine besondere Leuchtkraft und ich merkte unwarscheinlich, dass mir das Föhnen vereinfacht wird. Die Haare fliegen nicht so beim Föhnen und lassen sich auch ohne Kamm richtig toll glätten.

It protects the hair from heat. The heat protection is very important for me, because my hair is smoothed and blow-dried every day.
Before I bought the right products for my hair, I have consulted with my hairdresser. She said that I should not use the products from the Kerastase Discipline series at the same time, the hair would feel very heavy. I also tested the Kerastase Cristalliste series. The flushing nourishes dry and long points, the hair can be super comb through and acts quickly. And now we come to my last tip, the Kerastase Cristalliste Cristal Sculpt serum. Just wonderful, it is also massaged into towel-dried hair. It gives the hair a special luminosity. The hairs don´t fly, when you blow-drying and can also be really great without comb smooth.
